Summary
Many Denverites probably know Snooze, who have been serving great breakfasts in a fun environment in the Ballpark neighborhood since 2006. They’ve expanded to six locations in Colorado, and three outside, with Union Station being their latest one. You should plan on a wait, but they will text you when your table is ready, so check in as soon as you get there and plan on exploring the area while you wait. Highly recommended for a great breakfast or brunch!

Hours: 6:30am to 2:30pm
Snooze does not take reservations, and they are known for often having quite a wait. However, they will take your cell phone number and text you when your table is ready. So plan to get there ahead of when you’d like to eat (maybe 30-45 minutes ahead on a weekend), and plan to spend some time exploring the rest of Union Station while you wait. They also offer complimentary coffee while you wait.

You can sit either indoors or outdoors at Snooze, and both are nice environments. On this occasion we had the Huevos Rancheros and Breakfast Tacos (with pork), which were both excellent.
